Export Link has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Export Link, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms of Use.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Your use of the Services may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State in which our principal place of business is located. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

General

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Export Link regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Export Link.

Waiver and Severability: The failure of Export Link to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Export Link. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Use, by operation of law or otherwise, without Export Link's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms of Use without such consent will be null. Export Link may freely assign or transfer these Terms of Use without restriction.

Notice: Any notices or other communications provided by Export Link under these Terms of Use, including those regarding modifications to these Terms of Use, will be given by Export Link (i) via email; or (ii) by posting to the Services. For notices made by e-mail, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.
